Villa Madi is a gracious villa situated in a tranquil area only 3 kilometres from the small towns of Guardea and Alviano which are 18 kilometres away from the famous towns of Orvieto and Amelia and 40 km from Todi. The villa rises on a hill with a spectacular view over the “gullies” and the natural oasis of Lake Alviano.

In the garden surrounding the villa there is a very panoramic 16 x 7 m. swimming pool, a large arbour decorated in a typical veranda style for eating in the open. From the extremely welcoming porch, guests enter through doors into a drawing room furnished in a typically Umbrian style. Drawing room, kitchen, and small dining room are all together and open on the fully equipped kitchen which is complete with the most modern appliances. The owner, who speaks English very well, will be glad to welcome you and give you all the information you need about places to visit in the vicinity.

Area: 160 sq m, sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.

Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, satellite TV, stereo and video cassette recorder, telephone, fax machine, internet access, porch with barbecue. Small dining area, fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens (1 gas and 1 electric) large fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker, etc. (American sockets). 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 complete bathrooms (1 with sauna and Jacuzzi shower) a large living room with stone fireplace.

First floor: living room, small dining area with kitchenette useful for preparing breakfast, sofa bed that can be transformed into two single beds and a double bedroom and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi hydro massage bathtub, and washing machine, a wooden staircase that leads from the living room to a bedroom with twin beds for children.

The price includes: water,  weekly change of linens.
